Responsibilities
Guide and mentor a team of customer service representatives, fostering a positive and productive work atmosphere.
Serve as a point of escalation for complex customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
Ensure the team consistently meets and exceeds service quality standards and key performance indicators.
Assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, sharing best practices and company procedures.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and workflows.
Handle client inquiries, policy changes, and claims support with a focus on exceptional service delivery.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance.
Proven experience in a client service role, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for clear and empathetic explanations.
Demonstrated leadership potential or prior experience leading a team.
Proficiency with insurance agency management systems and standard office software.
A genuine desire to help others and build positive relationships.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative office environment in Wichita, Kansas.
