The Cincinnati Insurance Companies are currently seeking candidates for a Personal Lines underwriting class beginning in June 2027.
Starting Range of Pay: The pay rate for this position is $28.85 hourly. The hourly pay rate will convert to $60,000 annually upon successful completion of training. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

After completing training, underwriters provide underwriting support and service to agencies in an assigned territory and contribute to our company''s profitability by:
consulting agencies with sound advice and decisions that will lead to profit and growth for the agencies and company
