On-Call Sous Chef Job Summary We are currently looking for candidates to fill our On-Call Sous Chef position. A PPL Sous Chef might assist with only one non-credit culinary class or might assist with several non-credit culinary classes all dependent on what the instructor will need each semester. At no point will the PPL Sous Chef assist on a full-time basis.

The Personal & Professional Learning PPL On-Call Sous Chef will offer assistance with culinary classes dependent on the instructors needs.
