What we're looking for in a high performing Personal Lines Risk Manager:
- You have strong communication, people and networking skills - someone that can think on their feet and relate to different situations
- You are equipped to function in a competitive environment where self-discipline, self-motivation, and time management are a necessity
- You are collaborative, coachable and willing to commit to continuously learn new skills (including computer software) and operating procedures
- You can make sense of complex customer issues, and effectively and efficiently problem solve for successful customer outcomes
- You are effective at strategizing and building quality prospecting pipelines
- You grow and maintain a high-level of product and value-add services knowledge
- You build key employee relationships with our top local, regional and national carriers

Misc. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or two or more years of related sales experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Insurance experience is a plus
- Experience with MS office software products preferred
