Personal Support—Hha

LeeKO HomeHealthis currently hiring CNAs/HHAs to work in multiple positions andlocations. We have several elderly clients in need of LTC and are dependent onyour caring, compassionate and professional skills. Most of these clients livealone, some with family members. Coverage is needed in Brevard, Orange,Osceola, and Seminole counties.

·Assists patients with activities of daily living(ADLs), including personal care, hygiene, baths, shampoo, planning/preparingmeals, eating, dressing, ambulation, and changing/making patient’s bed

·Maintenance of a clean, safe, and healthyenvironment

·Remind patient of medication as ordered by thephysician

·Inform DON / case manager of changes inpatients’ condition

·Document activities and findings whilesubmitting documentation as required by company procedures

Requirements

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

·HHA / CNACertificate

·2 Steps TB test or Chest X-Ray (Required)

·Driver’s License orIdentification Card

·Social Security Card

·CPR Card (AmericanHeart Association or Red Cross)

·Level 2 Background

·HIV/Aids Certificate

·Bi-lingual Spanish is a plus

·$15.00 - $16 per hour depending on level of care
