Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, grooming, and mobility.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and follow care plans established by supervisors.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and show initiative.
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients’ homes.
