This position is ideal for a coach who wants to grow their skills, gain experience, and be part of a professional coaching team without needing full-time hours.

Delivers clear coaching cues and corrections

Core Responsibilities (Tasks)
Coach assigned training sessions using the gym’s programming
Create a safe, positive, and motivating environment
Set up and break down equipment before and after sessions
Communicate clearly with clients and team members
Uphold facility cleanliness and organization standards
