What You'll Do

• Design personalized fitness programs based on assessments, goals, and client needs

• Deliver safe, effective, and engaging 1-on-1 training sessions

• Conduct progress reviews and fitness assessments every 4–6 weeks

• Help clients improve strength, mobility, balance, energy, and overall health

• Educate clients on exercise, recovery, and healthy lifestyle habits

• Create exceptional client experiences that drive long-term success

• Collaborate with a team of fitness professionals committed to excellence

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or related field

• CPR/AED Certification

• Dependable

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life

Preferred

• NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or ISSA Certification

• 1+ years of personal training experience

• Experience working with active aging adults, weight management, corrective exercise, or post-rehabilitation populations
