Position Overview
We are looking for a Personal Trainer to transform people through meaningful connection—where purposeful coaching creates life-changing experiences, clients unlock their potential, and trainers lead with heart and purpose.

What You’ll Do:
As a Personal Trainer, you will be hands on with clients to prepare and deliver comprehensive fitness programs based on client goals and milestones, to include tracking progress, follow up, and on-going support while delivering a 10 member experience. You’ll counsel and guide members using the 4 Pillars of Fitness - Nutrition, Movement, Supplementation and Coaching and Accountability, in a manner consistent with their goals

You are a proactive, impatient and charismatic communicator. Rather than your greatest gifts lying in analytics, you have the ability to read people and situations effectively. You are outgoing, empathetic and intuitive. Overall, you are optimistic and are most comfortable when you have freedom and independence to pursue your goals and to stay in an environment that provides a social network.
