As a Personal Trainer / Fitness Instructor, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality fitness experiences to our members and guests through group classes and personalized training sessions. This position requires current certifications, strong technical knowledge, and a commitment to creating a safe, engaging, and results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Uphold all Horseshoe Bay Resort fitness standards
• Arrive on time and conduct all sessions with professionalism and attention to safety
• Lead fitness classes and personal training sessions in accordance with established protocols
• Maintain, clean, and properly care for all fitness equipment
• Keep fitness areas organized, clean, and fully stocked
• Educate guests on fitness programs, services, and offerings
• Address guest concerns professionally and communicate issues to management as needed
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Promote fitness programs, services, and retail offerings
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions
• Maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment
• Support overall fitness operations as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Nationally recognized certification for personal training and group instruction
• Proven experience in the fitness industry
• Strong knowledge of fitness programs and training techniques

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in both individual and group settings
• Professional, approachable demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
