JOB DESCRIPTIONWe're looking for a passionate, energetic, and certified Personal Trainer who is skilled in fitness but also thriveson building a client base. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering expert training sessions and proactivelygrowing your book of business through sales, outreach, and retention strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets set by management
• Actively generate leads through in-gym interactions, community outreach, social media, and referrals
• Conduct Kickoff Sessions as the initial consultations and movement assessments with new members as partof the sales process
• Convert leads into paying clients by delivering value, building rapport, and addressing objectionsClient Service & Programming
• Create and update personalized training programs based on client needs
• Educate clients on proper technique, recovery, and overall health
• Track and communicate client progress to ensure accountability and motivation

Operations, Professionalism & Compliance

• Compliance with our uniform policy - crunch polo, black pants or shorts & crunch nametag
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment and club
• Stay updated on fitness trends, certifications, and continuing education
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and staff to deliver a premium client experience
