POSITION SUMMARY

As a Personal Trainer/Fitness Coach, you will play a vital role in helping members achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized coaching, accountability, and education.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about fitness, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated to positively impact the lives of others. You will conduct fitness consultations, design individualized programs, deliver personal training sessions, and provide ongoing support to help members achieve sustainable results.

In addition to coaching, Fitness Coaches actively contribute to member engagement, retention efforts, club events, and creating an exceptional member experience.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Conduct fitness consultations and movement assessments
• Design safe and effective exercise programs for members of all fitness levels
• Deliver one-on-one and small group personal training sessions
• Build meaningful relationships that improve member retention and results
• Educate members on proper exercise techniques and healthy lifestyle habits
• Actively promote training programs and coaching services
• Participate in club outreach, marketing initiatives, and community events
• Support overall club operations and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
• Serve as a positive role model for health, wellness, and personal growth

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Nationally recognized Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, ISSA, NSCA, NCSF, or equivalent)
• CPR/AED Certification (or ability to obtain prior to starting)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends

Preferred:

• Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Promotion, Athletic Training, or a related field
• Previous personal training, coaching, fitness, healthcare, or customer service experience

Expected Earnings: $40,000 - $75,000+ annually based on performance, client volume, and experience.
