About the Role:

Crunch Fitness- Fitness Ventures LLC is looking for a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our energetic team in Omaha, NE! Responsibilities:

Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals and fitness levels

Conduct fitness assessments, body composition evaluations, and goal-setting sessions with new clients

Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support to personal training clients

Actively engage gym floor members to promote personal training services and drive new client acquisition

Ensure safe and proper exercise technique through hands-on coaching and cueing

Maintain accurate client records, progress tracking, and session scheduling

Uphold gym cleanliness, equipment safety, and a welcoming member experience

Requirements:

Current nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent)

Current CPR/AED certification required

Previous personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred

Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and nutrition fundamentals

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills

Ability to build and retain a personal training client base

Energetic, reliable, and passionate about health and wellness
