About the role HealthFitness is seeking a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join the fitness team at our corporate fitness center in San Francisco, CA. In this role, you''ll help clients achieve their health and fitness goals through personalized training programs and exceptional coaching in a professional corporate wellness environment. Schedule Flexibility Monday-Friday Training sessions available between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Hours scheduled as needed based on client demand Client appointments can be arranged around the selected candidate''s availability Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment. Minimum Requirements Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider. Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. This is a commissioned position. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
