About the role We''re seeking a Part-Time Personal Trainer to support our fitness program at a client site in Downers Grove, IL. This role offers approximately 12 hours per week and is perfect for a fitness professional who thrives on helping others become stronger, healthier, and more confident. As a Personal Trainer, you''ll do more than lead workouts. You''ll build meaningful connections, assess individual fitness levels, create customized training programs, and motivate members every step of their wellness journey. Through one-on-one coaching and expert education, you''ll empower participants to reach their goals while ensuring they train safely and effectively. Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment. Minimum Requirements Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider. Current Adult CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Flu vaccination require during the Fall season. The compensation range for this role is $25/hr - $32/hr. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors.
