About the Role:

Crunch Fitness- Fitness Ventures LLC is looking for a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our energetic team in St. Cloud, MN! Responsibilities:

Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals

Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress over time

Educate clients on proper exercise technique, form, and injury prevention

Actively prospect and develop a personal training client base on the gym floor

Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support to clients

Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment

Meet or exceed personal training sales and session goals

Requirements:

Current personal training certification from a nationally accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)

Current CPR/AED certification required

Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and nutrition fundamentals

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain a client base

Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Previous personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred
