About the Role:
Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is looking for a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our energetic team in St. Cloud, MN! Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals
- Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress over time
- Educate clients on proper exercise technique, form, and injury prevention
- Actively prospect and develop a personal training client base on the gym floor
- Provide motivation, accountability, and ongoing support to clients
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming training environment
- Meet or exceed personal training sales and session goals
Requirements:
- Current personal training certification from a nationally accredited organization (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, etc.)
- Current CPR/AED certification required
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, strength training, and nutrition fundamentals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to build and maintain a client base
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Previous personal training or fitness coaching experience preferred
