We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. Pay:
$18.50 to $53.00 per hour
Summary:
The ideal candidate is passionate about fitness and is committed to providing an exceptional training experience. We are looking for a trainer who is reliable, energetic, personable, and passionate about helping members reach their goals. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a private-club environment and motivated to build lasting relationships with members.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides safe, effective, and personalized one-on-one and small-group training.
Develops workout programs based on individual member goals and fitness levels.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with members.
Tracks client progress and adjusts programs as needed.
Maintains a professional, energetic, and welcoming presence on the fitness floor.
Helps develop and grow a personal training client base.
Promotes personal training services and engages with members.
Maintains a clean, safe, and professional training environment.
Follows all Club and Troon policies and procedures.
Participates in required staff meetings and training.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous personal training experience preferred.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge/Skill:
- Strong knowledge of exercise programming and fitness principles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Certificates/Licenses:
- Current nationally recognized personal training certification.
- Current CPR/AED certification.
