Responsibilities:
- Conducting high-energy boxing/kickboxing classes for members of varying fitness levels.
- Providing personalized and effective one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Assisting members in setting and achieving their fitness goals through customized workout plans.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the gym, including equipment and training areas.
- Actively participating in sales and promoting membership options to potential clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in teaching boxing and/or kickboxing classes.
- Strong knowledge of fitness principles and exercise techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate clients.
- Ability to develop personalized workout plans tailored to individual goals and needs.
- A proactive and organized approach to maintaining a clean and safe gym environment.
- Sales-oriented mindset and the ability to promote and sell memberships.
