Responsibilities:

• Design and implement personalized training programs for clients
• Provide coaching on strength training techniques and nutrition
• Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress
• Motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
• Maintain a safe and clean training environment
• Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques
• Build strong relationships with clients to enhance retention
• Participate in gym events and promotional activities

Requirements:

• Certification as a Personal Trainer or Strength Coach
• Experience in personal training or coaching preferred
• Strong knowledge of strength training principles and techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
• Passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle
• Flexible schedule to accommodate client needs
