About the Role:
Crunch Fitness - Fitness Ventures LLC is looking for a passionate and motivated Personal Trainer to join our energetic team in Urbandale, IA! Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client goals
• Conduct fitness assessments and track client progress over time
• Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, form, and injury prevention
• Actively engage gym members on the floor to generate new personal training clients
• Meet and exceed personal training sales and session goals
• Maintain a safe, motivating, and professional training environment
• Stay current on fitness trends, certifications, and best practices

Requirements:

• Current accredited Personal Training certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Current CPR/AED certification required
• 1+ year of personal training or coaching experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition basics, and program design
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills
• Ability to build and retain a consistent client base
• Energetic, reliable, and passionate about health and wellness
