You’ll be part coach, part motivator, part relationship-builder—helping members stay consistent, get results, and actually enjoy the process.
Lead 1-on-1 and small group training sessions
Deliver fitness consultations + goal-based programming
Drive member engagement, retention, and results
Build relationships that keep members coming back
Re-engage inactive members through proactive outreach
Support club events, challenges, and community outreach
Maintain a clean, high-energy training environment
Collaborate with a team that actually supports each other
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Strong people skills
Accountability and follow-through
High energy and presence on the floor
Growth mindset
Adaptability with different client types
Confidence in communicating value and driving results
Current Personal Training Certification
(NASM, ACE, ISSA, NSCA, ACSM, etc.)
Fitness background or coaching experience preferred
Degree in Exercise Science/Kinesiology = a plus (not required)
$40,000 – $75,000 per year (based on performance and client base)
