MUST:
Personnel Security Specialist
TS/SCI required
6+ years' experience overall in Security
Recent exp. supporting DoD office environment.
Required exp. utilizing MS Office, Word, and Excel.
Required exp. utilizing ITMS Fuller Account, CMIS, DISS, AAM PORTAL, PerSec View, and ESPS/SAM
Must have exp with SAP
Demonstrated skill and ability to research and analyze personnel files, extract pertinent information, and formulate an accurate and appropriate response in accordance with applicable security regulations and guidelines.
Experience monitoring compliance with security regulations; providing security guidance, clarification, and interpretation; and investigating, documenting, and developing mitigation plans for violations is highly desired.
High School Degree or Certificate.

DUTIES:
The Personnel Security Specialist will assist the Government inquiries from the customer base regarding case status, program information, policies, and procedures and in and out-processing.
Establishing productive working relationships with the customer base and providing consistent, high quality customer satisfaction and sound business relations.
Creating, maintaining, updating, correcting, researching, and reviewing subject records.
Aiding customer base, exercising sound judgment and discretion to determine appropriate responses to inquiries.
Providing guidance and clarification to customers base on security clearance and investigative requirements and guidelines.
Providing assistance and information to Government representatives in support of various level of importance and sensitivity relating to personnel cases.
Assisting with various additional tasks as directed by the Program Manager.
