Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial pest control services.
• Inspect homes and businesses for insects, rodents, and wildlife activity.
• Identify entry points and recommend effective treatment and prevention solutions.
• Apply pest control products safely and in accordance with company policies and state regulations.
• Perform general pest control, rodent control, termite services, wildlife exclusion, crawlspace services, attic restoration, and related specialty services as needed.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and answer questions professionally.
• Complete accurate service reports and maintain treatment records.
• Keep company vehicle, equipment, and materials clean, organized, and stocked.
• Provide outstanding customer service on every visit.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Ability to pass Georgia Pest Technician Registration Test.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service route.
• Comfortable working outdoors, in attics, crawlspaces, on roofs, and on ladders.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work Saturdays
• Pest control experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate.

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered or Licensed Georgia Pest Control Technician (or willingness to obtain one).
• Experience in pest control, construction, home services, maintenance, landscaping, or a similar field.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
