The project coordinator will organize seasonal window washing and maintain pest control and pressure washing efforts.
- Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record, required
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions, including but not limited to heat, cold, rain, and snow, required
- Prior experience with project management/coordination, required
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities, required
- Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude, required
- Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone, required

Shift:
- Monday - Friday, non-exempt
- Winter hours 7am-330pm, summer hours 6am-230pm
- Snow removal, as needed
