We offer commission on all the properties you service after your training period is complete.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest infestations and potential threats.
- Apply industry-standard pest control treatments using safe and effective methods.
- Communicate with customers to explain services and provide expert advice.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with pest control techniques.
- Assist in the development of pest management plans tailored to customer needs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships.
Requirements:
- Valid Missouri pest control license or ability to obtain one.
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
