What You’ll Do
- Inspect and Solve Problems: Identify pest issues and learn to apply the right solutions.
- Deliver Excellent Service: Communicate with customers, explain findings, and ensure satisfaction.
- Hands-On Work: Apply treatments, install monitoring systems, and perform detailed inspections.
- Drive Safely: Travel between customer locations within your assigned route and schedule.
- Stay Organized: Keep accurate service records, manage materials, and maintain equipment.
- Work Independently: Once trained, manage your route and customer relationships with confidence.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Customer Service Skills: You enjoy helping people and take pride in doing quality work.
- Quick Learner: Ready to complete paid training and become WSDA licensed.
- Dependable and Professional: Reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual.
- Physically Capable: Comfortable working at heights, in crawlspaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
- Driver Ready: Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
- Meets Background Standards: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (no felony convictions).
- Flexible: Available for occasional Saturday work.
