Pest Control Technician

 Compensation:

This position offers $60,000-$65,000 per year, with the opportunity to earn significantly more based on performance. The role starts at $22 per hour for the first two months during the training period, after which compensation transitions to a production-based pay structure. This performance-driven model allows for unlimited earning potential--top technicians have earned over $100,000 annually.

Schedule: 4-day workweek (4/10 schedule) -- enjoy three days off while maintaining full-time hours with an opportunity for extra work as available if needed.

Key Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
• Comfortable working outdoors, under houses, and around residential properties
• Able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs
• Reliable, motivated, and dedicated to delivering quality work
• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• No prior pest control experience required -- we'll train you to succeed!

Firehouse Pest Control Services proudly serves customers across Arizona, with our main office located in Gilbert, AZ. Candidates should live within a reasonable commute or be willing to relocate prior to starting.
