About the Role: ACHA HOLDINGS LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Pest Control Technician to join our growing team in Ballwin, MO. This is a great opportunity to build a rewarding career in a hands-on, field-based role where you'll make a real difference for homeowners and businesses every day.
Responsibilities:
Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and entry points
Apply pesticides, baits, and other treatment solutions safely and effectively
Document service visits, treatments applied, and follow-up recommendations
Communicate findings and treatment plans clearly to customers
Maintain and organize equipment, chemicals, and service vehicle
Follow all safety protocols and comply with state and local pesticide regulations
Requirements:
Prior experience in pest control, extermination, or a related field preferred
Missouri Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain upon hire)
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage a daily route efficiently
Physical ability to work in confined spaces, outdoors, and in varying weather conditions
