Position: Pest Control Technician

Sign On Bonus: $1,500 depending on experience

Home Office: North King and Snohomish County, WA

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $27-30/hour depending on experience + Production + Commissions + Quarterly Bonuses

Responsibilities:
As a Pest Control Technician at Fikes, you will be an integral part of our mission to safeguard the well-being of our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough inspections of commercial and residential properties to identify pest-related issues.
• Developing and implementing effective pest management strategies tailored to each situation.
• Applying safe and appropriate treatment methods to eliminate pests while ensuring the safety of occupants and pets.
• Providing exceptional customer service by educating clients on prevention measures and post-treatment guidelines.
• Maintaining accurate records of service visits, treatments, and any recommendations.
• Collaborating with team members and supervisors to optimize pest control techniques and strategies.
• Servicing established routes in the Puget Sound.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in pest control is a plus, but not required. We offer comprehensive training to equip you with the necessary skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Must pass Drug and Background Screens
