Location: Training at our headquarters in Bothell, WA, followed by route work throughout King and South Snohomish Counties
Pay: $25–$30 per hour + uncapped sales opportunities

What You’ll Do


  • Inspect and Solve Problems: Identify pest issues and learn to apply the right solutions.
  • Deliver Excellent Service: Communicate with customers, explain findings, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Hands-On Work: Apply treatments, install monitoring systems, and perform detailed inspections.
  • Drive Safely: Travel between customer locations within your assigned route and schedule.
  • Stay Organized: Keep accurate service records, manage materials, and maintain equipment.
  • Work Independently: Once trained, manage your route and customer relationships with confidence.

What We’re Looking For


  • Strong Customer Service Skills: You enjoy helping people and take pride in doing quality work.
  • Quick Learner: Ready to complete paid training and become WSDA licensed.
  • Dependable and Professional: Reliable, safety-conscious, and punctual.
  • Physically Capable: Comfortable working at heights, in crawlspaces, and in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Driver Ready: Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
  • Meets Background Standards: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen (no felony convictions).
  • Flexible: Available for occasional Saturday work.
