The Role
No experience necessary. Entry level position with room for growth. You'll be a trained field expert treating residential and commercial properties, delivering outstanding service on every visit, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What You'll Do
- Treat properties for mosquito, flea, tick, fire ant, rodent, and general pest activity
- Survey properties and make treatment recommendations
- Document treatments using our mobile field app
- Identify upsell opportunities and participate in sales initiatives
- Support local marketing efforts (door hangers, lawn signs, neighborhood visibility)
What You Need
- 18+ years old with a valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation and proof of insurance
- Ability to lift 45 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- No pest control experience required — we train and pay for your state license!
What You'll Earn
- $15 – $25/hour on average, pay is per treatment

Compensation: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
