Responsibilities:
As a Pest Control Technician, you'll play an important role in protecting our customers' homes and creating outstanding service experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
- Arriving each day with a positive, motivated attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Building strong relationships with customers by addressing concerns and providing peace of mind.
- Inspecting properties to identify pest-related issues and clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
- Listening to customer needs and tailoring solutions to address their specific concerns.
- Educating customers on pest activity, prevention methods, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) solutions.
- Performing pest control treatments on interior and exterior areas, including porches, pool enclosures, and surrounding property areas, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
- Documenting services performed and customer concerns through company software using a company-issued mobile device.
- Managing a pre-scheduled service route efficiently while delivering exceptional customer care.
- Participating in company meetings, training programs, and continuing education opportunities to stay current with industry trends, products, and technologies.
- Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, uniforms, and tools in a clean, safe, and professional condition.
