Responsibilities:

As a Pest Control Technician, you'll play an important role in protecting our customers' homes and creating outstanding service experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

• Arriving each day with a positive, motivated attitude and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Building strong relationships with customers by addressing concerns and providing peace of mind.
• Inspecting properties to identify pest-related issues and clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
• Listening to customer needs and tailoring solutions to address their specific concerns.
• Educating customers on pest activity, prevention methods, and Integrated Pest Management (IPM) solutions.
• Performing pest control treatments on interior and exterior areas, including porches, pool enclosures, and surrounding property areas, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
• Documenting services performed and customer concerns through company software using a company-issued mobile device.
• Managing a pre-scheduled service route efficiently while delivering exceptional customer care.
• Participating in company meetings, training programs, and continuing education opportunities to stay current with industry trends, products, and technologies.
• Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, uniforms, and tools in a clean, safe, and professional condition.

Minimum Requirements:   

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
