• Competitive hourly pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience & licencing

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide pest control services on-site at various accounts
• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess pest presence and damage
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, homebuyers, and agents
• Create detailed diagrams and graphs of infestations
• Perform sales solicitations and offer accurate estimates
• Coordinate daily activities with department secretaries and branch personnel
• Ensure timely submission of all paperwork and collections
• Maintain and prioritize the cleanliness and safety of company-issued equipment and vehicles
• Comply with all company procedures and applicable laws for the safety of clients and the public

Job Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• Registered Pest Control Technician license for the state of Virginia
• Physically capable of standing, walking, and sitting frequently
• Comfort working outdoors in varying weather and around EPA-approved pesticides with provided safety equipment
