Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial pest control services safely and effectively
• Inspect properties, identify pest activity, and determine appropriate treatment plans
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, treatments, and prevention tips
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Operate company vehicles and equipment responsibly
• Manage daily routes and schedules efficiently with minimal oversight

Required Qualifications

• Active Oregon Pest Control Technician license (required)
• Clean driving record
• Ability to manage time independently and stay organized
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Washington Pest Control Technician license
• Previous field experience in pest control or wildlife services
• Knowledge of local pest pressures in the Pacific Northwest
