What Youll Do:

• As a Pest Control Technician, youll own and manage your own service route while building relationships with customers.
• Provide pest control services at residential & commercial properties.
• Perform home inspections and recommend solutions.
• Sell services to new and existing customers.
• Schedule appointments and manage your daily route.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.

What You Need:

• No experience required - paid training provided.
• Valid drivers license with clean driving record.
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening.
• Must be able to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by safety protocols.
• Comfortable working independently and outdoors.
• Able to work in crawl spaces, attics, and varying weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 lbs occasionally.
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus.
