Location: Waterford, MI 100% in-office Job Purpose: The Pest Sales Representative is responsible for generating new residential and commercial pest control business by identifying prospective customers, conducting property evaluations, presenting customized pest management solutions, and closing sales. This role focuses on building long-term customer relationships while helping homeowners and businesses protect their properties through effective pest prevention and treatment programs. Essential Job Duties: - Generate new business through referrals, networking, cold calling, cancels, community events, and company-generated leads.
- Conduct on-site property inspections to identify pest concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate customers on pest activity, prevention methods, and available treatment options.
- Prepare accurate estimates and present service agreements that meet customer needs.
- Follow up on quotes and leads to maximizing sales conversion.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of prospects and document all sales activities in the company's CRM system.
- Meet or exceed established weekly, monthly and annual sales goals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless scheduling and service delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
