Compensation Package:

• Performance-based pay of $45,000 - $60,000/year
• Six weeks of paid training at $15.00 - $18.00/hour
• Company-provided work vehicle
• Established route with no door-to-door sales required
• Full-time benefits (health insurance, dental, life, and PTO)

Primary Pest Technician Responsibilities:

• Learning about the behaviors and biology of different kinds of structural pests
• Learning the proper IPM (integrated pest management) techniques
• Professionally communicating with clients, learning about their concerns, and answering any questions
• Applying pest control techniques and completing high-quality work while managing your time efficiently

The Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, wear a respirator, and pass a medical fitness exam
• Working knowledge of the Central Arkansas region
• Coachable mindset and a motivation to keep learning
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Ability to pass a state certification exam after a 6-week training period
