Front Desk Associate – All American Pet Resorts (North Brunswick)


Must have professional experience in a pet care setting


Do you love dogs and people? We’re looking for a Front Desk Associate who can provide exceptional customer service, manage check-ins and check-outs, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump in with the pups when needed.


This is not a sit-behind-the-desk kind of job. Our front desk team sets the tone for the whole customer experience — both human and canine — and also knows how to back up the staff behind the scenes when needed.


Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservation updates
  
  
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage scheduling
  
  
• Provide friendly, accurate info about services, pricing, policies, etc.
  
  
• Maintain accurate records of vaccination, feeding instructions, and medications
  
  
• Assist with cleaning, feeding, walking, and general care as needed (including kennel work)
  
  
• Communicate clearly with both the customer and the back staff to ensure smooth transitions and happy dogs
  
  

Requirements

• Professional experience in a pet care setting is required (vet, pet resort, daycare, etc.)
  
  
• Strong customer service skills — friendly, patient, and solution-oriented
  
  
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dog-filled environment
  
  
• Willingness to step into back-of-house roles when needed
  
  
• Comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and temperaments
