We offer a commission-based pay structure for full grooms, allowing you to maximize your income based on your productivity and expertise. You'll also receive an hourly rate for other SPAW services, creating multiple income streams.

Earning potential: Successful groomers can earn $50,000+ annually, with higher earning potential based on productivity and client retention.

Your Day

As a Pet Groomer, you'll provide high-quality grooming services while ensuring every pet's comfort and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full grooms, baths, nail trims, and other grooming services
• Ensure pets are handled safely, calmly, and professionally
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary grooming area
• Communicate clearly with the Client Services Team and Pet Care Manager regarding pet needs and care notes
• Accurately document grooming details and observations

You'll be supported by our Pet Care Technicians and Client Service Specialists, so you can focus on delivering exceptional grooming services.

Your Schedule

• Typically, five shifts per week (8:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
• Schedule may vary based on business needs
• Weekend availability required

What We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of professional grooming experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
