Position: Dog Groomer

Location: Bowie Barker – Westmont IL

As a Dog Grooming Specialist, you’re at the heart of that experience. You create a calm, positive environment for every dog, build real relationships with pet parents, and take pride in delivering beautiful, thoughtful grooms. You’ll also guide guests on the best services, add-ons, and routines to keep their dogs healthy, comfortable, and looking their best.

What You’ll Do:

Groom 6 to 10 dogs per day while maintaining quality and safety
Perform full service grooms from bath to finish including cutting, trimming, brushing, drying, and nail care
Execute breed standard cuts and high quality custom styles
Consult with pet parents to understand goals and recommend appropriate services and add ons
Drive upgrade services and support membership growth
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe grooming station
Support your team and uphold Bowie Barker standards

Who You Are:

3 plus years of professional dog grooming experience
Highly skilled in all dog haircuts with a strong attention to detail
Comfortable discussing pricing and recommending add ons
Able to lift and safely handle dogs 60+ pounds
Comfortable standing for extended periods in a fast paced environment
Reliable, organized, and tech confident
Excited to grow with a brand that values both performance and culture
