SURESTAFF is immediately hiring Machine Operators for a Plastic client in Hazle Township, PA. The Machine Operator is responsible for operating automated and semi-automated production equipment to create and manufacture finished Plastics products. SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $23.52 an hour, as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire. Available shifts include:1st Shift, Monday-Friday | 6:30am - 3:00pm.
Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis. Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
- Daily operation of the pet pad production machine includes start up and shut down, loading and replenishing raw materials, and adjusting settings for optimal output.
- Perform daily machine inspections and conduct minor adjustments and repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate raw materials and machine parts stock, proper loading, and replacement and Disposal.
- Perform and report periodic quality conformance inspection of product by appearance and weight.
- Record and communicate regularly production output results and inventory.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while complying with company safety policies, and housekeeping and manufacturing procedures.
- Effectively communicate with a variety of internal and external stakeholders using multiple
- Position will entail standing for long periods of the day and lifting up to 50 pounds during shift.
Required Qualifications of the Machine Operator:
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembling, and/or machine operating.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude is essential.
- JWC or related personal pad manufacturing machines.
- Flexibility to work overtime and extra shifts as needed.
- Experience reading and interpreting production specifications a plus.
