At K9 Resorts, we provide world-class, 5-star boarding and doggie daycare services. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of our business and the first impression for our guests. Your goal is to deliver a "WOW" experience for every client, making both pets and their owners feel like VIPs.


Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Client Experience: Enthusiastically greet clients, check pets in/out using our reservation software, handle payment transactions, answer phone inquiries, and lead facility tours for potential clients.
• Pet Care & Safety: Safely transfer pets into accommodations, perform intake body checks, assist with feeding, medicating, and outdoor bathroom breaks, and provide personal playtimes.
• Resort Operations: Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across front-desk and boarding/daycare areas; assist the General Manager with administrative tasks as needed.

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

• Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience: 1+ years of customer service, front desk, or sales experience preferred (pet industry experience is a plus, but not required).
• Technical Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Windows, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and learning new software quickly.
• Attributes: Outgoing, highly organized, polished communicator, and passionate about dogs. Must exhibit strong emotional intelligence and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including morning/evening shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays as needed.
