About the Role: Join RRS Doghouse LLC as a Shift Lead at Pet Supplies Plus in Owasso, OK! This exciting role offers the opportunity to lead a passionate team while providing exceptional service to pet owners and their furry friends.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily store operations and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Lead, train, and motivate team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards.
Manage inventory, including stocking shelves and conducting regular inventory audits.
Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and troubleshooting pet-related issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and sanitation standards.
Handle cash register operations and oversee financial transactions during shifts.
Collaborate with management to implement promotional strategies and merchandising displays.
Provide feedback to management on team performance and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; prior retail experience preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of pet care products and services is a plus.
Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management.
