In this role, you'll educate pet parents about training benefits, deliver training sessions (in person, phone, or online), and promote training classes. You'll maintain a safe, clean environment, handle paperwork, and support fellow associates.
Qualifications include 1-2 years retail/customer service experience, certification as a Pet Training Instructor, strong communication, organizational skills, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The physical environment involves standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and handling pets, with exposure to pet hair, noise, and live animals.
