Petroleum Transport Driver - 2 Year - Roanoke, VA

1. Actively participate in the Enhanced Driver Training Program to progress to the Petroleum Transport Driver position
2. Safely drive to destination in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations and company policies/procedures.
3. Accurately complete required documentation as required by law.
4. Load, transport and unload petroleum products safely.
5. Maintain Hours of Service requirements/medical certification in accordance with all Federal, State, and Local regulations.

Education

• High School Diploma/GED preferred

Experience

• 2 years experience and 130,000 verifiable tractor trailer miles or 2 years’ experience as a Sheetz Food Convenience Delivery Driver
• Must be 21 years of age and eligible for interstate driving
• Driving experience within the last 2 years required

Licenses/Certifications

• CDL A with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements
• Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWC) – required at some terminal locations after hire
• Valid Medical Examiners Certificate (medical card) in accordance with DOT Guidelines required
• HM 126 Certification required

Other:

• Commute distance must be less than 1 hour and 15 minutes from work location

Tools & Equipment (Other than general office equipment):

• Hand tools (hammer, measuring devices, wrench, level, etc.)
• Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
