As a Day Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our clients' facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning building floors (vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing, sweeping)
- Gathering and emptying indoor trash
- Clean, service and resupply restrooms
- Clean windows, mirrors and other glass surfaces
- Engaging in building security and safety activities (checking and locking doors, checking electrical appliance)
- Moving equipment, supplies, and furniture
- Informing managers about required repair and maintenance activities
- Maintaining tools and equipment needed for Custodial duties
Qualifications:
- No formal education required
- Ability to work Monday to Friday on-site
- Must have proven working experience as Janitor or related work
- Must be trainable and open to learn and act in accordance with the Del Sol standard
- Must be able to respond and act quickly
- Must have strong multitasking skills
- Must have reliable transportation
- Musr be able to pass a CJIS background check
- Bonus: A working knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies
