This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests.As a member of the Golf team, you will assist golf professionals and the golf director with various activities on a seasonal basis.What You Will Be DoingRegister golfers for the two golf courses (East & West)Spread hospitality and goodwill for members and guestsAssist with golf tournaments for members and special events for hotel guests and groupsAssist with junior golf programs including Camps and PGA Junior LeagueAssist with complimentary weekly clinics for Hotel GuestsOversee cleanliness of all golf operations areasBe knowledgeable in golf club grip replacement/repairAssist with inventory levels and the purchase processBe aware and knowledgeable of all golf rulesPlay a respectable round of golf with members and/or guests when neededComplete Broadmoor Golf Training Course CurriculumBecome proficient in all Golf Operations, including budgets, tournament operations, staffing, scheduling, and daily operations of the Broadmoor Golf ClubShow willingness to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environmentUphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelinesOther duties as assignedPerformance Reviews3‑month internships: review will be given at 35‑45 days and upon completion of internship.6‑month internships: review will be given after 90 days and upon completion of internship.What We Are Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred, or one to two years of related experience in the Golf Business.Must be enrolled in a fully accredited Golf Management program.Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, vibration, or loud noise.Capable of lifting, pulling, or pushing up to 100 pounds occasionally.Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others.Strong interpersonal communication skills.Reasonable accommodations will be made for individuals with disabilities.Why Choose The Broadmoor (Benefits)Comprehensive benefits including Health & Dental, 401k, and local discounts.Career development opportunities and training to support growth.Your application will not be penalized for redacting or removing any age‑identifying information such as your age, date of birth, or dates of school attendance or graduation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
