Department Specific Information Summary

The UH Geauga Medical Center PGY2 Internal Medicine Pharmacy Residency Program trains future shared faculty to deliver high quality patients care to a diverse patient population while simultaneously providing experience in academia.

Principal Functional Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacy services at UH Geauga Medical Center
• Provide didactic academic services at the NEOMED College of Pharmacy
• Provide experiential education academic services at UH Geauga Medical Center.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• By start-date, must have a Doctorate Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Must be licensed with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy within 3 months of hire

Preferred Qualifications Physical Requirements

Must be able to utilize a phone, computer and other office equipment.
