Pharma Superintendent Central Jersey

A respected regional builder is seeking a Superintendent to oversee complex construction projects within active manufacturing, life sciences, and technical facility environments. Description

Manage daily field operations for commercial, industrial, and life sciences construction projects.

Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to maintain safety, quality, and schedule goals.

Oversee work in occupied and operational facilities with minimal disruption to ongoing operations.

Conduct site meetings and maintain communication with project stakeholders.

Monitor project schedules, sequencing, and field productivity.

Utilize Procore and other construction management tools to manage documentation and reporting.

Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company standards.

Lead quality control efforts and coordinate inspections.

Resolve field issues and support successful project execution.

Partner with Project Managers and client representatives to drive project success.

Support project turnover, punch list completion, and closeout activities.

Profile

3-10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.

Experience with life sciences, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, industrial, or technically complex commercial projects preferred.

Strong understanding of occupied renovations and active facility construction.

Proficiency with Procore.

OSHA 30 certification required.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project schedules.

Client-facing experience preferred.

Central utility, infrastructure, or mission-critical project experience is a plus.
